Terms and Conditions
The terms for using Haicue and its connected services.
About these terms
Haicue is provided by Devheart Technologies Inc., based in British Columbia, Canada. These terms govern your use of the Haicue desktop app, website, and connected services. By using Haicue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Haicue on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and devices secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and have permission to use the accounts, files, and systems you connect. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact hai@haicue.com promptly if you believe your account or remote-access connection has been compromised.
Permission to use Haicue
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Haicue for your personal or internal business work. Devheart Technologies Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the software, service, branding, and documentation. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Nothing in these terms limits rights those licenses give you.
Agents, automation, and your instructions
Haicue can launch and coordinate agents, send instructions, run scheduled tasks, and connect to local and external tools. Actions may continue without you actively watching a session. You are responsible for choosing the scope of work, the accounts and permissions made available, and when to pause or stop it. Review consequential actions and verify outputs before relying on them. Agents can make mistakes, produce inaccurate information, or change files and external systems. Maintain appropriate backups and recovery procedures.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in your files, prompts, recordings, and other content. You grant us permission to host, transmit, copy, and otherwise process content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you use, comply with law, and carry out your instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and share it with collaborators, agent providers, or connected services. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Sharing, capture, and remote access
Choose carefully what you share with a team, expose to an agent, or make available through Mobile Remote. Obtain any notices, permissions, or consent required before capturing audio, screenshots, or information about other people. Team members and connected services may retain copies of content you share with them. Disabling a feature does not undo actions already taken or recall those copies.
Third-party services and charges
Agent runtimes, model providers, sign-in providers, and connected tools are separate services with their own terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and charges. Haicue does not include their subscriptions or usage allowances. You are responsible for charges you incur with them. Any charges for a Haicue offering will be disclosed before you agree to purchase it, together with any additional payment terms. We do not control third-party availability or results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Haicue to access systems without authorization, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, conduct unlawful surveillance, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not bypass access controls or attempt to obtain another person’s credentials or private information. Use the service in accordance with applicable law and the permissions of the systems you connect.
Privacy
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle account information, diagnostics, shared content, support requests, and remote-access data. Your agent providers and connected services handle information according to their own notices. Keeping a workspace on your computer does not mean that every agent task is processed locally. Read the Privacy notice at /privacy.
Availability and product changes
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features as Haicue develops. Pilot and preview features may be incomplete or interrupted. Local sessions, automations, and remote access depend on your host computer and relevant services being available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continuing compatibility with every third-party runtime. Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide notice and any remedies required by law or the applicable purchase terms.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Haicue at any time and contact hai@haicue.com to request account closure. Stop schedules, disable remote access, and keep copies of work you need. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, a security risk, misuse, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Removing the app does not itself delete server-held information or copies already shared with other services.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haicue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services or actions outside our reasonable control. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory protections available where you live. Please first contact hai@haicue.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, prevents a complaint to a regulator, or takes away a right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will display the revised date on this page. For material changes affecting existing users, we will give reasonable notice through the service or an available contact method, and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing dispute. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the affected service, subject to any rights you have under law or existing purchase terms.
General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and any additional terms expressly agreed for an offering form the agreement for that offering. Provisions that need to continue after use ends, including ownership, accrued obligations, liability, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
